Sessions are 1-2 hours and up to 4 barbell lifts can be covered.

This option is perfect for those clients who compete in powerlifting and/or strengthlifting. You will receive customized programming and coaching to suit your individual goals, nutritional counseling and handling on meet day (additional fees do apply).

In-person coaching only.
This is perfect for those who are already familiar with the Starting Strength Method and just need a tune up on technique and may need programming advice. You will receive valuable feedback you can implement right away to improve your training.

Small Group Training
This is a full-time Strength program run at Studio Fit in Richmond Hill Georgia.
Classes are 1 hour and size is limited to 8 lifters with a ratio of 1 coach to 4 lifters. This ensures high quality coaching and individualized attention.
Programming is done for you. All you have to do is show up and follow the plan.
Monthly body composition scans are conducted on an Inbody 570 scanner.
Nutritional guidance is provided to meet your needs.
Morning, afternoon and evening classes 6 days a week.
Train 3 or 4 days a week.
